Problems with OGP® measurement systems are rare. Most are handled by phone or at service@ogpnet.com. In cases where a service call is required, OGP systems are serviced by our sister company QVS-Quality Vision Services, Inc. With trained service engineers based throughout the United States, OGP can dispatch a skilled QVS engineer to your facility to get your system up and running right away. QVS also maintains a large parts inventory for current and discontinued systems, so repairs are done quickly and completely.
The OGP Customer Service department can arrange field service for your system.
On May 2, 2002, Quality Vision Services, Inc. became
an accredited Calibration Laboratory. This accreditation
covers the specific calibrations listed on the agreed
scope of accreditation, as posted on the www.a2la.org web site. QVS meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-1999 "General
Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration
Laboratories." Laboratories that comply with this
International Standard also operate in accordance with
ISO 9001 or ISO 9002. QVS also meets the requirements
of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and any additional program
requirements in the field of calibration.
