SmartCheck® metrology software automates the 2D measurement world of OGP’s® Contour Projectors®. Save time and money by automating repetitive tasks.
On Contour Projectors with manual stages, SmartCheck guides users through previously created inspection routines with an intuitive visual display. Current worktable location and target destination are clearly shown on a graphic model of the part. Each time the worktable is moved, the monitor display is updated, clearly showing the current part location. Run SmartCheck on a motorized Contour Projector for full "hands-off" CNC operation. Worktable motion, edge detection, geometric analysis, and data output are fully automatic. Use step-and-repeat to measure multiple parts in one setup. SmartCheck even has digital I/O to communicate with automatic fixturing or factory automation equipment. SmartCheck is available on all new OGP Contour Projectors, and as an artifact on certain older systems. Contact OGP for details. |
