The optics in the Focus Contour Projector provide constant image brightness regardless of magnification and produce a corrected image with flat field, superb contrast, and sharp images.
Plus, they are fully telecentric. This ensures that the magnification of the image remains accurate even when different operators focus the system at different positions. On most comparators, the image grows and shrinks as you move in and out of focus. But not with Focus.
Focus uses OGP Fresnel lens technology to focus screen illumination at the normal viewing position. Bright, even illumination is produced, free from hot spots and the usual dropping off of intensity towards the edge of the screen.
Gage Quality Optics
- Corrected images
- Constant screen brightness
- Constant working clearance (nominally 90 mm)
- Fully telecentric design
- Coated optics for high contrast images
- Parfocalized lenses
- Sharp images right to the edge of the screen
- Fresnel lens for bright even illumination
- Large depth of field
- Negligible distortion
Superb Illumination
A bright halogen lamp delivers long life and exceptional brightness for direct projection.
Coaxial, "through-the-lens" surface illumination, provides bright, clear images without the need to adjust fiber optics for each part.
