Available as an option in place of Measure-X on QuickView systems, VMS effectively bridges the gap between the lab and the production environment by combining high-level functionality with ease of use in a single metrology software application.

VMS presents a feature-oriented interface, implemented as a true Windows 32-bit application. Many special capabilities are available that allow the software to easily handle a wide variety of situations. Step and Repeat, Local Alignments, CAD Import and Part Family Programming make complex part layouts easy to set up.

VMS provides full support for networking and Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), enabling direct transfer of measurement data to local and external software and systems, including spreadsheet, database and SPC programs.

Parts programmers like the feature-rich editing mode in VMS which provides all of the functionality and flexibility needed to design highly accurate and repeatable metrology routines for the most demanding measurement challenges. Built-in options allow the programmer to build simple operator-friendly data handling and SPC parameters directly into the run-time user interface.
