StarLite S1 is compact, reliable video measurement system combining fully automatic measurements with easy to use manual stage motion.
S1 features a robust stage and the high-performance IntelliCentric-S Optical System, providing the fast and repeatable accuracy manufacturers demand on both the shop floor and in the metrology lab. StarLite S1 offers:
- High-performance IntelliCentric-S Optical System, combining fixed-lens optics and VIRTUAL ZOOM™ technology for high resolution imagry
- 3-axis (X, Y, Z) measurement capability
- Programmable all LED backlight, square-on surface light, and SmartRing programmable ring light for the ultimate lighting flexibility

- Accuracy is evaluated with an OGP compensation and verification procedure where “L” is measured length in millimeters. Specifications apply within the rated environment. Standard optical specifications apply at the highest magnification of the
standard configuration. XY Accuracy applies with an evenly distributed load up to 5 kg in the standard measuring plane. The standard measuring plane is defined as a plane that is within 25 mm of the worktable surface. Depending on load
distribution, accuracy at maximum payload may be less than standard.
Lenses can be manually interchanged to change magnification and working distance.
