TeleStar Probe
TeleStar® Probe is a self-contained, off-axis, partial coherence interferometric range sensor for surface contour measurement, available on OGP SmartScope M-Series metrology systems.
TeleStar Probe is fast and accurate and offers sub-micron resolution, providing excellent performance on difficult to measure parts.
On SmartScope M-Series systems, the probe can either be mounted fixed or in a mechanical deployment mechanism, so that it can be retracted out of the way when not in use.
With a generous working distance of up to 70 mm, TeleStar Probe is an incredible tool for measuring miniature features of very difficult to measure parts. Precision-machined parts with smooth or polished surfaces, delicate parts like medical implants, and parts requiring high precision like aerospace components, are all measured safely and accurately using TeleStar Probe.
